Optometrist
Dr. Sara Toomey is originally from Cape Coral, FL. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Florida before completing both a Bachelor of Science in Vision Science and her Doctorate of Optometry, graduating with honors from Nova Southeastern University in 2018. She completed an internship and a competitive ocular disease residency at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, FL, where she received advanced training in glaucoma, retinal disease, neuro-ophthalmology, and corneal conditions.

Dr. Toomey is the owner of Eye-Site of Boynton Beach, where she provides comprehensive eye care with a focus on ocular disease management, dry eye, and specialty contact lenses. Before returning to Florida, she served as Clinical Field Director and Externship Director for a multi-state optometric group, mentoring new doctors and leading clinical operations. She previously served as an adjunct professor and has lectured on topics including conjunctival neoplasia, macular degeneration, and anterior segment imaging. She currently serves as a Trustee for the Palm Beach County Optometric Association and is completing her Executive MBA at UNC Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School with a concentration in Strategy and Leadership.

Dr. Patrick Dupuy is originally from Queens, NY. He first graduated from Coastal Carolina in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology before continuing on to receive his Doctorate of Optometry from the New England College of Optometry in 2018. Following graduation, he completed an ocular disease and primary care residency through the VA Boston Healthcare System in Bedford, MA
Dr. Patrick Dupuy is originally from Queens, NY. He first graduated from Coastal Carolina in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology before continuing on to receive his Doctorate of Optometry from the New England College of Optometry in 2018. Following graduation, he completed an ocular disease and primary care residency through the VA Boston Healthcare System in Bedford, MA. Dr. Dupuy’s primary area of interest includes diseases of both the anterior and posterior segment of the eye. He is particularly interested in the ocular manifestations of systemic disease, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and dry eye. In his free time Dr. Patrick enjoys running, traveling, watching and attending NBA games, and trying new dishes.
